Our Four Part Tailored  Weight ​​  Loss Program​ 

On a Beverly Hills Weight Loss & Wellness® plan, you will eat grocery store-bought foods while losing your weight. You can lose 2-5 pounds per week. Moderate exercising is recommended but not mandatory to complete our well balanced four-part program. 

                    Here is how it works:

Step One: Pre Diet Analysis
First we chart your curren weight and record your medical history.  From this information, we provide the weight loss program that is right for you, and we begin to chart your progress.

 Step Two: The Period Of Weight Loss
Through a nutritional plan that you never go hungry on with recommended  supplements, and proper counseling, you will get down to your desired weight.  With our help  and guidance  you will  develop new habits and take on the attitudes of a slender person.

Step Three: Six-Week Stabilization
Now we gradually increase your caloric intake by adding some of the restricted foods back into your diet. We'll keep doing this until you reach the caloric level that should maintain your desired weight.

Step Four: Maintenance & Our Guarantee 
If at any time during the following year you gain back up to 10 pounds, you are invited to return to the clinic, FREE OF CONSULTATION CHARGE, for the help you need to get back down to your desired weight.

Step Five:  We offer Infrared  Treatments that help you burn up to 1400 calories per session.  To proper candidates we  can do Body  Contouring with VelaShape III.
